I'm head of maintenance at a complex in the Cedars.  We had a drain that backed up from outside one of our units.  SERVPRO was there very quickly to take care of things.  We had another unit while they were there that wanted us to look at an issue.  SERVPRO came along to check it out and helped us identify where the leak was coming from and then get things dried out.  Couldn't be more thankful that we called these guys.

These guys were great.  My neighbor accidently put screws into a wall that had a sewage pipe behind it which flowed into my condo and car port.  It was very gross but not a problem for the SERVPRO team.  They were very professional, got everything sanitized and dried.  There were some things that needed to be torn out, and they always made sure to keep the area clean.  I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Dallas Central.

My family moved into a place 5 months ago and there was mold growing.  We tried to fix it but did not have any luck.  We called SERVPRO to come help us.  They were here the same day which was much appreciated.  Though they could not yet do anything as they mentioned the source has to be determined and stopped, they educated us on the process and even scanned everywhere with their fancy camera to see if they could find the leak. We will use them once the issue is stopped.
