Storm Damage Restoration

On Monday, January 8, 2018, we returned from 4 days off (2 snow days and the week-end) to find 2-3" of water standing in half of our building. Apparently during the "cold" snap, a pipe had burst and flooded our medical office. The ceiling in one of the treatment rooms was completely destroyed along with various chairs, medical supplies, etc. Upon arrival and seeing the water, I called SERVPRO (approximately 7:30 a.m.) and Brian answered the phone. I told him what had happened and he said he would be here as soon as he could get his crew together. In no more than 30 minutes, they arrived and immediately began removing the water. From that moment on someone from SERVPRO was here EVERY DAY, including weekends working on our office. We saw Brian and/or Dan every day and also called them any time we had questions or concerns. Once the work was complete, they made sure our office was back to pre-flood conditions and in some cases even better. In the days after all the construction work had been completed, they showed up every morning for a week at 8:30 to see if they needed to do anything else or if anything had been missed and needed to be done. As far as Wilson Medical Associates (staff and doctors) we could not be more pleased with SERVPRO - Brian was awesome to work with as was his entire crew. Thank you SERVPRO for helping us get through this!!! We give them our highest recommendation!

I recommend Brian Reneau for any job for Restoration Services! We had a flooded kitchen, dining room, hallway, bathroom, laundry room, as well as partial 3 adjacent living spaces due to a busted water line on our refrigerator. They came in and assured me with a calmness that I needed during this stressful time! They cleaned up, set fans to remove moisture, and comforted me at the same time! Thank you SERVPRO!
