Stantonsburg Cleanup and Restoration

Stantonsburg, North Carolina part of Wilson County, North Carolina. Located adjacent to Contentnea Creek and off of Highway 58. From Highway 264 it is sixteen minutes from Wilson, North Carolina and seventeen minutes from Snow Hill by Highway 58. Also, known as from local residents as the "Burg". The population might not big in numbers but, this town is big in heart. The town of Stantonsburg is now working on restoring some of their historic buildings located downtown on main street. Like most towns, Stantonsburg, North Carolina showcases two annual events, for the town to gather and be with the community. One of those events is the Christmas tree lighting after the Christmas Parade. In addition, this town also hosts an annual Town of Stantonsburg Crepe Myrtle Festival.  Where the local residents can eat , shop, and listen to live music.
