The town of Elm City holds meetings, entertainment programs, indoor markets and craft fairs, wedding events, and family reunions  in the local Community Center.   The local  Center has history that dates back to the early 1900's, The  center is one of the oldest building left in Elm City that use to be Elm City train depot.  In order for this building to become the one that sits today, it had to be relocated and remolded.
