We engaged SERVPRO after a sewer backup flooded our (and many others) basement. Ken, the owner, was always easy to get in touch with and gave us constant updates on when they would be able to get to us to clean our basement.
After the initial cleaning Ken came out to inspect the job and was not satisfied with the quality of the work, so he had another crew clean the basement again at no additional charge. Ken's professionalism and commitment to quality service made an otherwise difficult situation easier to deal with and recover from.

SERVPRO was godsend for us!! I found 4 inches of water in our basement at 10 p.m. They were here by midnight and spent 3 hours extracting water. They even got our sump pump partially working until the plumber could come the next day! They were efficient and professional. Thanks SERVPRO!!
Imagine our surprise when we came into the office on Monday morning to find that the neighbor’s property had a leak and it flooded our business. SERVPRO of Mankato/Owatonna sent a crew out immediately and got us taken care of pronto. We would have been lost without their help and support to get through a week of insanity. Thank you SERVPRO!

Vista Prairie at Garnette Gardens experienced a water main break in the early morning hours, effectively flooding our main floor with 3-4 inches of water. I called SERVPRO from Mankato and within an hour they were in communication with me and sending a team to our building. I could not have been more impressed with the level of communication we received at every step of the way. The team members that were on sight were polite and thoughtful of our needs of our community, a Senior Living Community. They showed the utmost level of professionalism and in the long run because of their fast acting efforts we were spare a huge expense in repairs due to water damage. I would recommend SERVPRO of Mankato to anyone, we were extremely pleased with their work.
I was tasked with a project at work that involved finding and stopping a 12 year old roof leak. Several offices were seeing leaks and one even had water pooling on the floor.
I reached out to SERVPRO to come in and take a look for mold and water damage.
Ken made it to the site pretty quickly to do an initial assessment.
After getting the project approved Ken and his guys fit me in even during a very rainy and stormy season.
They did a great job not creating more work to rebuild by only demoing what needed to be.
They kept the work areas clean and bagged everything they demoed.
Kens communication on timing and scheduling was great, and it helped me keep the affected employees up to speed on progress throughout the project.
I will definitely be calling Ken the next time I need this type of services!
