I found my refrigerator had leaked and called SERVPRO. They sent a team out very quick! Eli and Ryan came out today to help prevent further damage and start the drying process on my home. This is my 3rd experience with mitigation (1st with SERVPRO) and it was also the best! They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Even added another fan to ease my mind. They secured every cord and left my kitchen functional! Not feeling displaced while this equipment is here, is very comforting. I’ll recommend the company to anyone in the future who find themselves in this situation.

I would recommend him for any of your projects, the way he saved our mess and really made us trust him. This man deserves a biiiiig raise!

Had a slab leak under my master bedroom floor. I called SERVPRO and they sent Ryan, C and David out the next morning. Great guys and very professional. They set all of their equipment up to mitigate the water damage. As someone in the insurance industry, SERVPRO of Bay County is always a first call for us. Thank you Ryan, C and David.
I would like to take this time to give a shout out to Ryan, David Senior, and C for their expertise and knowledge of their work. They have gone beyond the call of duty to keep me informed of the damage in my condo and what can be done. if they are going to be late, they give me a text message and help work things out with me, especially when I have doctors appointments. I highly recommend these guys be knowledge for all their expertise. May God bless each and every one of them
