Storm Damage Restoration

My grandma has a home in twin peaks and the pipe in the kitchen frozen and the pipe burst.  Your neighbor called to let us know they saw water leaking out of the back door. She lives in Redlands so we called the first place with Google. We asked SERVPRO if they service Twin Peaks even though we live in Redlands in the summer. They didn't turn us away and were more then happy to help my grandma.  They explained everything thoroughly before they did any work. They were very careful and clean the service time was very fast from when we called them. Our  neighbor turned off the water to the house. Everything was very professional and the customer service was outstanding. I would recommend them to my friends and family 

I have very Strong winds where I live and I had a tree knock down my fence and took off part of my roof. I called SERVPRO and they came and put a temporary Fence for my and patched my roof until I could get a roofing repair man out to my home. Thank you for such an amazing team for them to come out and rescue  me in my time of need. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had a water damage in my renal property in the mountains and SERVPRO was recommend to me from a friend and I looked up local ones in my area and swam the SERVPRO of south Redlands/Yucaipa had really good reviews so I called them and they had a pretty fast response time. I was  greeted by their production manager. He walked me through all of the proper steps that it would take to repair my house back to the way it was. All the questions I had for him he had an answer to he was very thorough. The customer service that I had gotten with this company was outstanding. They had to remove countertops in my kitchen and the cabinet and they were very careful to make sure they can save the countertop. I would recommend them.

After contacting AAA we were advised that we could have a choice of two contractors to perform water damage repairs in our downstairs bedroom. Of the two, we requested SERVPRO to do the work. This decision was due to a past water damage issue we had in our kitchen area and had SERVPRO of Redlands assess what was necessary to repair and replace piping, drywall and wood cabinet. They did an outstanding job for us - very clean and professional. This was an easy decision to request SERVPRO once again to do latest repairs and packing and unpacking of our furniture and miscellaneous items. Great job and would recommend them to our family and friends!

Discovering water damage is never a fun thing. Knowing the professionals of SERVPRO were there to investigate the extent of the damage and mitigate appropriately was reassuring in an otherwise difficult situation. One less thing on my plate to figure out.

I had a pipe burst in my wall due to the last storm that we had over the weekend so I called a plumber to fix the pipe and there was water damage to my home.  I called a close friend and asked if he knew of anyone that fixes water damage, so when I googled it SERVPRO came up and gave them a call. When I called the office staff gathered more information that I even knew I needed and then had there crews out to my home in a timely manner.
