Jeff Padgett
Jeff Padgett is the owner of SERVPRO South Redlands/Yuciapa and also serves as the Marketing Director. Jeff has been in the restoration industry for over 27 years and was the Founder/President of Padgett's Cleaning & Restoration.
Claudia Padgett
Claudia is our Office Manager here at SERVPRO of South Redlands/Yucaipa. She holds over 5 years of restoration experience. Before working at SERVPRO, she worked for the blood bank for 5 years, enjoys riding motorcycles and crossfit, and has a goal of being able to deadlift her husband.
Jerry Reans
Jerry is our Emergency Technician. He has 8 years overall experience in the restoration business and is WRT certified. In Jerry's words, he's “Just that guy.” We're lucky to have him on our team to assist with emergencies.
Gracie Garcia
Gracie is our Contents Specialist. She has over 16 years experience in the restoration industry. She is part of our contents and COVID-19 cleaning crew, and has been instrumental in taking care of our customers during the recent pandemic. She is WRT, FSRT, and Mold awareness certified. In Gracie's words, she is a people person, spontaneous, has great work ethics, LOVES to spend time with family!
Courtney Padgett Ryan
Courtney Padgett Ryan is our Production Assistant here at SERVPRO. She grew up locally in Southern California. She is recently married and currently attending school to receive her Bachelors Degree. A fun fact about Courtney is that she served an 18 month mission in Orlando, Florida.

Albert Danielson
Albert Danielson is our Field Technician. Before working at SERVPRO, Albert worked in Australia for a restoration company, AMTEC. He worked in the contents department helping move out and put back together homes. A fun fact about Albert is that he grew up in New Zealand. He payed Rugby in Australia and now enjoys playing Football in the US.
Julio Dominguez
Julio Dominguez is our Lead Estimator. He has over 4 years experience in the restoration industry and is WRT certified. In his spare time, he likes to hang out with his 3 dogs!
Juan Sanchez
Juan is our Reconstruction Manager here at SERVPRO. He has been with SERVPRO for 2 years, but has over 19 years of restoration experience. When Juan isn't working, he loves spending time with his son and loves all sports.
Luna
Luna is our Certified Office Greeter here at SERVPRO. She is a 3 year old Schnauzer, and full of life! Luna loves to come to work, play fetch, and go on walks.
Alli Padgett Danielson
Alli Padgett Danielson is our Contents Manager here at SERVPRO. She has over 8 years experience working in contents, and we are lucky to have someone as knowledgeable as her leading our contents division.She enjoys working in the company with her family. A fun fact about Alli: She lived in Argentina for a year and a half.

We found mold under our house when we had a plumber come out for some repairs we needed. My close friend referred SERVPRO of South Redlands/ Yucaipa. I called them up and they came out pretty quick, I would say maybe about an hour from the time I got off the phone. What I liked most about SERVPRO was the overall customer service. The tech that showed up was well prepared and was very informative about what he was going to do, even the owner, Steve, showed up several times to make sure everything was up to par. These guys are solid professionals who were great to work with and did an awesome job! We'll gladly use them again should the need arise. We especially want to acknowledge Jesee, project manager, an effective team leader who responded quickly to our questions/concerns--and delivered what he promised: a beautiful, "new" kitchen done before Christmas! Also, Mike, who gave a very accurate, no-nonsense estimate and addressed all our initial concerns; Armando, great at painting and drywall, is equally detail-conscious, quick, and efficient as a general handyman. Ruben's cabinet work is state of the art. All the other workers did a great job, as well.
Jeff and his crew were AMAZING to deal with. This was such a tragedy for us, but he and his crew went to work immediately and have continued their effective process of demoing our home. We have also decided to use them for the restoration process as we have full confidence in their abilities, work ethics, and thoroughness.

I'm very selective on who I would refer to work for me or for one of my clients. I'll go out of my way for SERVPRO of South Redlands/Yucaipa and do whatever I can to ensure they're on the job if my name is involved.
You really need to be cautious on which restoration company you use. SERVPRO is independently owned and operated so choosing which SERVPRO is even a choice to be cautious about. Jeff the owner has 25 or more years experience doing this type of work in this area. The pricing is usually mandated by the insurance companies so you don't really have to pay extra for choosing the best. That's why Jeff's clientele stays pleased. They get an experience of seasoned knowledge, trained employees with clean backgrounds and sincerity. You will regret working with a company that's not this one! I'll continue to use them and will be happy to put my name on their work.
