I had an oil spill at my restaurant and I had no clue who to call. I googled everything I could think of and was getting no where! When the city had called my they recommended SERVPRO so I googled the closest one to my location. I talked with the owner and he was so much help. I was out of town and they made everything so easy for me. Emailed me all the paper work, the production tech called me before, during and after to let me know everything that had taken place. I would recommend this company and thank them so much for all the help.

I work for the City and there's not a whole lot that is outside our vast scope of work. When those scenarios do present themselves, where we're out gunned or in unfamiliar territory, I have SERVPRO on speed dial. Jeff and his staff have been excellent to work with. They exude a very "can do" attitude and mitigate issues in a very timely and efficient manner for very affordable & reasonable rates. We have yet to throw something their way that they are not equipped to handle. A real pleasure to work with.

Jeff and his crew were AMAZING to deal with. This was such a tragedy for us, but he and his crew went to work immediately and have continued their effective process of demoing our home. I've been in the industry for quite some time. I've owned a general contracting construction business and an insurance agency. I'm very selective on who I would refer to work for me or for one of my clients. I'll go out of my way for SERVPRO of South Redlands/Yucaipa and do whatever I can to ensure they're on the job if my name is involved. 
You really need to be cautious on which restoration company you use. SERVPRO is independently owned and operated so choosing which SERVPRO is even a choice to be cautious about. Jeff the owner has 25 or more years experience doing this type of work in this area. The pricing is usually mandated by the insurance companies so you don't really have to pay extra for choosing the best. That's why Jeff's clientele stays pleased. They get an experience of seasoned knowledge, trained employees with clean backgrounds and sincerity. You will regret working with a company that's not this one!  I'll continue to use them and will be happy to put my name on their work.

When a car drove into the front of our commercial property, our insurance company recommended Jeff Padgett and SERVPRO. They were incredibly communicative and responsive to any and all questions, working tirelessly with us and our insurance to make sure that we received the fairest quote and reimbursement for the damage sustained to the front of the building. They were fair, friendly, and helpful.

Thanks to SERVPRO for there fast Response time getting out to my shop. I have a tire shop that I just bought and there is a drinking fountain in the Lobby area and the line for the water busted and I had water everywhere. Daniel came out and extracted all the water and cut out the wet drywall and let me know everything that would happen before anything   was done. I thank them for making this time as easy as possible for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

We own a restaurant in the north end and I had a supply line break on one of the toilets. I called my plumber and he can out and fixed the line but told me there was damage to the walls. My daughter told me to call SERVPRO of Redlands cause they had good ratings, So I called and had a fast response time on the crew getting to the building. I  explained what happened and what the plumber did. The member I talked with told me every step that would be done and what they can do to help. The customer service I would rate excellent because I understood everything that they did before it was done. Call SERVPRO of South Redlands/Yucaipa for any of your water damage needs!
