Team was great they explained everything very well and were very knowledgeable.  We had to have several days of work, because our problem expanded, but I was at ease knowing we were in good hands.

Woke up early Saturday morning to water pouring down from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling! We called Charlie and he sent his Team over in under 2 hours. We were so impressed when they walked through the door in uniform with lots of equipment in hand and got right down to business. It's amazing how far the water can penetrate and while the drywall cuts were distressing to look, they were nice and clean and of course necessary. The fans provided for drying the moisture did the job and were removed on schedule. The guys were very professional. Hopefully, we don't need them again but would definitely call them again and recommend highly!

Our experience in working with SERVPRO of Santee / Lakeside was fantastic!Our water heater recently exploded and we had flooding in our family room, which was a pain, but SERVPRO somehow made the process seem easier than I had expected. We were very impressed that their crew arrived to our house in less than 2 hours and got straight to work. Everyone that we worked with was very professional and helped walk us through the entire process. They also did a great job of keeping us updated on their progress and finished the job when they said they would. Very reliable company that I would recommend to anyone.

My upstairs neighbor decided to try to play plumber, and sure enough I had water damage in my condo. These guys came, contained, dealed with the asbestos, packed my entire house (twice) and did so in a timely and professional matter. What could have been a disaster was handled with amazing efficacy and I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!  They responded immediately to my roof leak that caused flooding in my attic and in my master bedroom upstairs. They prevented the damage I had from getting extremely worse. They were on the scene within an hour of my frantic phone call.

Open 24 hours. I called very early morning and Alex was on the job. House was flooded. He came right away. This has never happened to me so I didn’t know what to do and Alex walked me thru it all. He also came out after the job was completed with insurance to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Alex! God Bless SERVPRO. I highly recommend!!  

 

Disaster leak in our condo and I didn't know what to do. SERVPRO walked us through it. They really took care of us and I am so glad I called them.

They were excellent. They showed up quickly and on time. They stayed till the job was done and went out of there way to accommodate us. All of the people from the top to the bottom were professional and courteous. I have no reservations about recommending them. We had a flood and they got the job done and did it great.
