Mike Barsnica
Mike - Owner, SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado & SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside
Mike has led SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado since 2014 and expanded operations in April 2025 with the acquisition of SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside. He brings over a decade of experience in restoration and is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying.
Mike lives in San Diego with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys family time and cheering on the NY Giants and Yankees.
Scott Tomsey
Scott - Owner, SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado & SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside
Scott has been co-owner of SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado since 2014. In April 2025, he expanded his reach by acquiring SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside, strengthening his team’s ability to serve more of San Diego County with top-tier restoration services. Scott is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying.Scott resides in Imperial Beach with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, spending time at the beach with his family, and watching football.
Bonni Barsnica
Bonni - Co-Owner & Office Manager, SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado & Santee/Lakeside
Bonni has been a vital part of SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado since 2014, serving as both Co-Owner and Office Manager. With the 2025 acquisition of SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside, she continues to oversee daily operations and accounting across both locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
In her minimal free time, Bonni enjoys being with her family and watching her three boys play sports.
Johnny Cervantez
Johnny - Marketing Representative, SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado & Santee/Lakeside
Johnny has been part of the SERVPRO team since October 2018, bringing energy and dedication to his role in community outreach and customer support. A San Diego State University graduate, he now helps represent both our San Diego Bay SW/Coronado and Santee/Lakeside locations.He is certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, giving him a strong foundation in restoration industry knowledge.
Johnny lives in San Diego with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, running, and golfing.
Joe Depalma
Joe - Water Mitigation Technician
Joe is a Technician in our Water Mitigation Department, where he plays a valuable role in helping homes and businesses recover from water damage quickly and effectively. He brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every job.
Joe resides in the South Bay and enjoys spending his free time with family, watching basketball, football, and baseball.
Martin Carrillo
Martin - Crew Chief, Water Mitigation Department
Martin serves as a Crew Chief in our Water Mitigation Department, bringing strong leadership and hands-on expertise to every project. He plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality service for our customers during challenging situations.
Martin resides in San Diego, CA, and enjoys spending his free time grilling, fishing, or going for bike rides.
Isaac Languren
Isaac - Restoration Technician, SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado & Santee/Lakeside
Isaac has been with SERVPRO since February 2015, bringing years of hands-on restoration experience to the field. Following the May 2025 acquisition of SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside, he joins the San Diego Bay SW/Coronado team as a valuable asset, strengthening our ability to respond quickly and expertly to property damage emergencies.He holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration (IICRC), as well as Lead Safety (CDPH).
In his free time, Isaac enjoys staying home, working on cars, and watching sports.
Jennifer Denison
Jen - Job File Coordinator, SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado & Santee/Lakeside
Jen joined SERVPRO in 2024 and plays an essential role as Job File Coordinator for both the San Diego Bay SW/Coronado and Santee/Lakeside locations. She helps ensure each project stays organized, on track, and documented with care.
Though her schedule is packed, Jen loves spending time with her three boys, cheering them on at their sporting events, and catching Padres games at home with her dog, Remi, whenever she gets the chance.

Woke up early Saturday morning to water pouring down from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling! We called Charlie and he sent his Team over in under 2 hours. We were so impressed when they walked through the door in uniform with lots of equipment in hand and got right down to business. It's amazing how far the water can penetrate and while the drywall cuts were distressing to look, they were nice and clean and of course necessary. The fans provided for drying the moisture did the job and were removed on schedule. The guys were very professional. Hopefully, we don't need them again but would definitely call them again and recommend highly!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They responded immediately to my roof leak that caused flooding in my attic and in my master bedroom upstairs. They prevented the damage I had from getting extremely worse. They were on the scene within an hour of my frantic phone call.
Open 24 hours. I called very early morning and Alex was on the job. House was flooded. He came right away. This has never happened to me so I didn’t know what to do and Alex walked me thru it all. He also came out after the job was completed with insurance to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Alex! God Bless SERVPRO. I highly recommend!!
SERVPRO Santee/Lakeside came for a carpet cleaning on my stairs. It has been a very tough job to get done. The techs came in on time and did a fantastic job. They were professional and extremely polite. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you for the work
I have dealt with restoration companies in the past, so I was a bit wary. One restoration company charged a fortune for poor service, but the insurance paid, which was their racket. SERVPRO was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, trustworthy, and very fair. Their communication was outstanding. They were timely, very competent, and they completed the job quickly. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Carmen took extra time to handle our items with care. Pat thoroughly explained the process and time lines to us. Alex worked with scheduling. Pat and Carmen came on Christmas morning. Truly exceptional service!
