It was our master bathroom and I thought we wouldn't be able to stay in our room while the machines were on, Couldn't hear them at all .. You won't go wrong using this company. I am in the service industry and it is very competitive. In this day and age it is very difficult to find a company that is as caring and professional as this one. They are honestly amazing! I had a leak from my ice maker that turned out to be a lot more damaging than I expected. The owner, Alex, was so accommodating and professional I was amazed. My service tech was Isaac. I was so impressed with his knowledge and level of professionalism for such a young man. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Santee/Lakeside to anyone that has flood or fire damage.
