Joshua Alcorn
Joshua Alcorn has been the owner at SERVPRO of Paradise Valley since 2013. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Odor Control, and Fire Restoration. In his spare time, Josh likes to spend time with his family, golf, attend church, and spend time on the lake.
Kristen Alcorn
Kristen Alcorn has been the owner at SERVPRO of Paradise Valley since 2013. She is IICRC certified in Water Restoration. She has a passion for teaching group fitness classes and enjoys serving in the 2 year old’s youth ministry. In her spare time, she loves to read and go on walks.
Liz Miller
Liz Miller is the office administrator at SERVPRO of Paradise Valley. She had worked with the franchise owners for 10+ years prior to taking her role at SERVPRO of Paradise Valley. Her friendly demeanor and vast skillset make her an integral part of the company. In her spare time, Liz enjoys photography, camping, and spending time with her grandson.
Tyler Riley
Tyler Riley is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Paradise Valley. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. His strong work ethic and efficiency on jobs have made him an integral member within this company. Tyler has a love for family, cars, and firearms. In his spare time, he can be found outdoors or playing the guitar.
Marc Saddus
Marc Saddus is a production technician at SERVPRO of Paradise Valley. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and has over a year of industry experience completing all job types. His positive attitude and “can do” mindset contributes to his success in the field. In his spare time, you can find Marc outdoors as he is an avid climber.
RG Reyes
RG Reyes is a production technician at SERVPRO of Paradise Valley. He has over 2 years of industry experience completing all job types. His enthusiasm and diligence are major components to his success in the field. In RG’s spare time, he enjoys camping and shooting firearms in the desert.

It is a pleasure to review SERVPRO of Paradise Valley! We sincerely thank Josh and the SERVPRO PV team for the great work they did for us after a fire sprinkler pipe failure resulted in significant flooding and damage to our daughter’s condo this summer.
We first contacted SERVPRO to deal with the immediate problem of the 3-4 inches of flooding throughout the unit. Josh, Matt and other members of the team immediately responded, installing equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.) and taking other remediation actions. They were available any time we called, including early mornings and evenings. They checked in with us daily and worked closely with the homeowner’s insurance company. I could not have been more satisfied and appreciative of the high level of communication and responsiveness throughout this difficult time.
The professional demeanor of the crew reflects the companies core beliefs. I will recommend them to anyone near me if and when the need arises.
Everyone involved at SERVPRO have been professional, courteous, and kind. I am thoroughly elated with the rebuild of my condo. The work they did is bar none! I would absolutely highly recommend Josh and his employees to anyone in need of the services they provide! My home is even better than it was! Thank you SERVPRO!!
