After we had our air handler replaced by an HVAC company, Josh sent his team out to complete the cleaning process. Tyler and the other gentleman who came were all very professional and friendly. They took the time to walk around the house with me as I shared my concerns and what all I wanted done. They spent several hours here vacuuming the walls with HEPA vacuum and even our mattresses as well as fogged our rooms with antimicrobial solution to clear our air from any harm for mold spores. I have used SERVPRO of Paradise Valley several times. Once for a water extraction & carpet removal and for a full mold remediation. Josh, the owner is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. The work was completed quickly and professionally and the price was very fair. I would absolutely recommend them.

I sent a web request for a quote on a Saturday evening, and he replied within an hour or two and then began work that weekend. I appreciated that Josh kept in close contact with me via text and phone, even throughout a busy weekend with his family. He was prompt, professional, and always made me feel like a priority even though my job was neither large nor urgent. His crew and subcontractors were quick, efficient, and clean, and because I am out of state, Josh sent me ample photos of the entire process. We had some very old 9" asbestos tile and mastic (original to our home built in 1957 and then carpeted over) that needed to be removed before we could put in new flooring. Josh's crew knocked it out in a day. We appreciate the professionalism and hard work your crew put into the job!
