SERVPRO of Paradise Valley, AZ responded promptly to our call to inspect a leak from our balcony deck located above an interior space. The two SERVPRO guys did a very good job in installing plastic screening before starting the water restoration process. They removed the damaged sheetrock ceiling and installed dryers and HIPA filter device to contain any dust particles. The work was completed in one day and they did a very thorough job in cleaning up after the work. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. In mid-January the was a huge rain and hail storm in the downtown Phoenix area...unbeknownst to us our 6 floor condo flooded when the hail clogged the patio drains. We were out of town for the weather event, so the drainage saturated most all interior walls and flooring....horrible, soggy mess everywhere. But SERVPRO of Paradise Valley, the referral from State Farm, came to our rescue pronto! Nathan, Josh and their professional and sincere crew packed up and safely stored our belongings. Cleaned out the damaged drywall and carpet in order for the reno to begin. Nathan answered questions and made many helpful suggestions to us. This is a super group of business people, they are straightforward, timely, careful and very helpful. I highly recommend Paradise Valley SERVPRO, our experience was exceptional.
From the time Josh first came over to evaluate my situation, I have been impressed with SERVPRO's customer service. Phone calls & emails were always answered promptly. They even offered to purchase & install a new R/O system, something I didn't even know they did. And best of all, they are a Christian company, so I knew they could be trusted. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good contractor; I know I would use them again in a heartbeat!
A friend of ours recommended Josh of SERVPRO and we included him in the list of contractors we were considering. Right from the get-go, Josh and his SERVPRO team impressed us. They were professional, came on time and most of all, they gave us the most competitive quote. That was only the beginning of a remarkable experience.
They promised us a timeline and worked very hard to make it. Josh took utmost care to check with us on the progress, even sent me emails with progress pictures regularly when I was travelling out of town. Our requests for modifications were well documented, correctly priced and delivered on time.
They went overboard to ensure that we were comfortable with what was happening. My wife only half jokes when she says I have OCD. I was not okay with a wall that was painted and they almost painted it three times till I was satisfied and that too only with a smile and determination to satisfy me. It’s been a while since I have been so satisfied with a firm's customer service.
The guys that came down to lay the tiles, carpet, fix dry-wall and paint were all so professional. They come on time, do the job right, clean-up every day and leave on time.
The documentation, contacting the insurance and working with them was all done seamlessly and with integrity. Most of all, I never had to follow up once for what was supposed to do, everything worked like clock-work. I am very satisfied and will never doubt one bit to call them for any construction / remediation work and most happily would recommend them to anyone.
