Lance has been a lifesaver. He and his team came out on short notice on a Friday afternoon when our washer broke and leaked everywhere. Lance was friendly, professional, and honest. He always kept our needs in mind. I have worked with very few other companies/people that I could recommend so highly. Look them up if you’re unlucky enough to have any water damage!
My insurance company contacted SERVPRO late in the day for a bad septic back up. The next morning I received a call from SERVPRO stating they would be out to the house in a couple of hours. Each employee I spoke to was very professional in explaining what they were doing and when they would finish for the day. SERVPRO employees worked their behinds off ripping up floors, walls and removing insulation, disinfecting and removing the septic backup from underneath the house and replacing the insulation.. I know it wasn't a pleasant task to do, but SERVPRO did a great job and in a timely manner. If I have any restoration service needs in the future, I will call SERVPRO. Thank you SERVPRO...

About Us
Since 2007, SERVPRO of La Crosse has been helping the people in our community with their fire, water, and mold cleanup. With over 1,800 locations across the United States and Canada, we are here to help restore your home or business in the event of a disaster. Our goal is to help minimize the interruption that a disaster can cause in your life and quickly make it "Like it never even happened".
Our owners, Vince and Cathy, moved to the La Crosse area because they saw a need. Vince had worked for thirty years in the automotive industry with his father and Cathy had worked with SERVPRO of Muskegon. They moved their family on a Friday in June and received their first fire job the following Monday. They worked tirelessly with their sons to get the business up and running. Throughout all this time, though, customer satisfaction is still their top priority and the job is not complete until the customer is happy.
Our team is proud to serve the La Crosse community and the surrounding areas including Onalaska and Holmen! We prioritize helping our local community no matter the type or size of damages that occur!
