History of Mauston
Mauston, Wisconsin is located in south central Wisconsin and was settled in the early 1840s. When it was settled, it wasn’t a village yet; it was more like a trading post. By 1844, Mauston had grown enough that there were several stores, homes and farms in the area. The first settlers were farmers from New York and New England who came to settle along the Fox River valley for the rich farmland that existed here. Mauston became an official town in the 1870s after much growth.

Each employee I spoke to was very professional in explaining what they were doing and when they would finish for the day. SERVPRO employees worked their behinds off ripping up floors, walls and removing insulation, disinfecting and removing the septic backup from underneath the house and replacing the insulation.. My loss was devastating but they handled everything promptly and with the utmost professionalism. they were knowledgeable and kind. Lance headed a hard-working team of people who were terrific. I can't say enough about this company.
Lance did a great job taking care of our water issue. It was a challenge to get the subfloor dry. He was thorough and very accommodating. He was able to get the subfloor dry!
