Stratton, Vermont is a town located in Windham County, and is home to Stratton Mountain Resort Ski Area. Stratton Mountain Resort was established in 1961 and has over 99 trails and over 670 acres. The mountain’s summit is 3,875 feet, with its base at 1,872 feet. Stratton was the first ski area to allow snowboarding back in 1983 and was even host mountain of the U.S. Open Snowboard Championships for 27 years. Olympic Gold Medalist in snowboarding, Lindsey Jacobellis, attended the college preparatory Stratton Mountain School from which she graduated in 2003. Ross Powers, also an Olympic Gold medal winning snowboarder, was a 1997 graduate of the Stratton Mountain School.

The damage to our family home was devastating but thankfully SERVPRO® came to our rescue. First Gary appeared on our doorstep with experience, a little humor and compassion. Then he sent Tyson and Jeremy who did all the dirty work and provided useful information and further explained what it would be like dealing with our insurance company. Then for day three it was Tyson and Jaden who furthered along the drying process and began the removal of flooring and sheet rock too wet to dry. And for the last two days it was Tyson, Zack and Troy who finished the last of the demolition and left our house in the best possible condition ready to be rebuilt.
All the SERVPRO employees were knowledgeable, generous, hard working and completely professional. Thank you SERVPRO.
