Had to call out during the Texas deep freeze of 2021, they did great in getting equipment set up, and Rachelle Ewart was excellent with keeping me informed and communication open. Had some water lines burst in a medical office space my company manages. We hope this type of thing doesn't happen, but it's good to know I have a solid contact to cover in case anything does happen in the future. Great job guys! I hope to never have to call again, but glad I have a reliable source if needed.
As a new property manager, the unfamiliar experience of a flood in one of my buildings overwhelmed me with anxiety and worry. With no prior knowledge of what to do in this situation, I searched and landed on SERVPRO. Thank goodness I did! Rachelle was assigned to our site, and promptly called me, full of kind and reassuring words. I felt better just talking to her. When she arrived on property, she helped my Maintenance Tech, and myself, haul out furniture until her specialist team arrived. They all worked quickly, and before I could even process everything, the building was filled with fans and dehumidifiers, and an enormous weight was lifted. We were able to survive the fiasco with zero property damage. The entire crew was polite, efficient, and honest. I don't normally write reviews, but this squad saved my rear! They genuinely took great care of us, and hopefully I never need them again, but if I do, I'll feel comforted knowing I can absolutely depend on them. Great work guys!
