After they dried my daughters room they came back for a carpet cleaning, which took no time at all. Something I really appreciated was how neat and clean they keep their job site. Tyler was a godsend that night. Our hot water heater had burst, and water soaked the carpet in the master bedroom. He evaluated the situation quickly, explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. His patient manner was just what my husband and I desperately needed at that point.Tyler has a remarkable ability to calm a situation and inspire complete confidence. Tyler returned to our home for four days following the incident to continue the cleanup. He was patient, kind and helpful through every encounter I cannot compliment this employee enough.
