John and Kim Beres have been honored to be the owners of SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison for over 25 years. Before they purchased SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison both John and Kim managed Kim's parents SERVPRO franchise for over 6 years. The experience they gained from managing that franchise was invaluable. SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison's continued and ongoing training and equipment makes us the leaders in the restoration industry. Our team members are committed to the highest industry standards in every service we offer to our customers and we must meet or exceed the SERVPRO standards by adhering to the National Accounts Participation performance guidelines which protects you the customer. Our team here at SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison have been a part of our local community and have been supporters of many different local and national charities. Our latest is partnering with Shoots and Ladders. This charity benefits the needs of the members and families of the Police and Firefighters Association. This partnership goes along with our commitment to our First Responders and the sponsorship with the SERVPRO F1RST RESPONDER BOWL. Our First Responders are on the front line putting their lives on the line on a daily basis in our community for our citizens. I called SERVPRO out to give me an estimate to clean up a huge dust mess that my contractor left behind. They were very fast at setting up an estimate and really in line with the other companies that I have called. I will be booking with SERVPRO to get my dust cleaned up. I like how they have everything put in to a computer and its not weeks to get an estimate of cost. Thank you SERVPRO for giving me a free estimate I appreciate your help.
I used this SERVPRO a week ago because my home was flooded with an inch of water. I came home to my hot water heater leaking all over my wood floors. These guys were the Best you could ever have working in your home! The guys were polite and caring. Thank you for your outstanding work.
Great work and even better employees I wish to express my complete satisfaction with the great service performed at my home within the last two weeks. Even more importantly, I seek to commend Tyler Duke who performed that work with efficiency.
I had to call SERVPRO for my mothers home a couple of weeks ago. These guys really care about their work and the people that they are taking care of. They were so helpful and patent with my mother. They tape down the cords of their machines so my mother would not trip over them. Thank you water crew for all of your hard work!
