We inherited a family rug that had been in the same main living room since 1978. SERVPRO came and picked it up, took it and cleaned it, and delivered it back like it was a white-glove job for a celebrity. Not only did it have a beautiful color and richness, but it also gained volume like no one had ever stepped on it!!! We love it and we are proud of it. We know our grandfather would be proud too!
Rob came out today to help me identify if I have a leak causing an odor in my house. Took a good look around and found no leaks so he left a packet to put in my air return to see if that helps clear out the air and get my house smelling good again! The only complaint was that the job took too long to complete. However, all the people were very professional and Lynn Creach did a fantastic job getting the water and rust stains from our bedroom carpet. It was first thought the carpet was irreparably stained and would need replacing, but he got it all out.
Very professional and extremely thorough. Carpet looks like new.
The carpet cleaning Len did was exceptional, I could not believe the results he was able to achieve with my 15 year old carpet.
SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville acted in a quick responsive manner when I called them upon finding a water leak in my condo. The guys that came out were polite and did a great job cleaning up after they demoed the walls and ceiling. Definitely will call them again if so needed.
We had our washing machine overflow in the middle of the night and reached out to SERVPRO of North Nashville. Someone got back to us within minutes despite it being 2:30am. They were incredibly helpful and had a crew out early the next morning. They came back daily for 7 days and every SERVPRO employee that came out to our home was polite, helpful, professional and thorough. I certainly hope to never have an issue like water damage again but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. We had our flooding issue the week of Thanksgiving but they went above and beyond to make the situation as easy as possible on us and accommodate our hectic holiday schedule. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
I couldn't be more pleased with the job Chrissy and her crew did cleaning my house. My finished basement and main floor were covered in concrete dust from a contractor who did not do their due diligence. Everything was covered! Everything is sparkling clean now and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them.
We had a skunk spray our home HVAC unit and created havoc inside with the smell. I reached out to SERVPRO and they were immediately able to help us remedy the situation!
