Even though we were out of the country, Mike emailed me each time they came out to let me know the progress. Everything was completed before we returned. Mike & Zack were prompt, reliable & professional. I hope I do not have another need for this type of service in the future, but if I do, I will definitely use SERVPRO again. I highly recommend them.
