SERVPRO came to the aid of my business after a fire/water damage. I know nothing of the fees, but I do know about the service being provided. They have behaved very courteously and professionally. They have been available to answer any/all questions I have had during this trying time. SERVPRO is still assisting, so maybe I'll have an update at a later time. However, SERVPRO has been excellent so far.

  These folks clean our carpet at home and our office and always do an excellent job!

 

I serve as Maintenance Director of a Lancaster County hospital.  With the freezing temperatures we had sprinkler heads burst flooding 2000 sq. ft. of office space. It was a complete disaster.  I called SERVPRO on a Sunday afternoon and they were onsite cleaning up within 3 hours.  They brought in all the right equipment including dehumidifiers, fans, etc.  They removed all debris including damaged flooring and carpet.  They worked everyday until the job was done, including weekends.  All employees were courteous and professional.  I would no doubt recommend SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties 100% for any job, commercial or residential.

SERVPRO came and cleaned my carpet today. Let me just say there are companies who clean carpet and then there’s SERVPRO. Titus and Charles arrived on time, were courteous and actually interested in making sure my needs were fully met and that I was satisfied. They were professional, competent and thorough. When they finished it looked as if I had new carpet put down not a sloppy wet mess that would take days to dry.

SERVPRO was simply amazing to me. Walked into my business to a broken hot water pipe. I called and they were at my place of business within minutes. They surveyed the damage and started immediately on clean up. I believe their number one objective was to do their job effectively while still doing their best to get me back into my business. I really appreciated that and my clients did to.They are very kind, very friendly and very professional people to work with.

We had a pipe burst in our church. We are very pleased with the professionalism of SERVPRO. They offer great customer service and get the job done. They worked many hours and had many technicians and equipment out to get the job done. We are grateful for them and recommend them when in need of help.

I recently had a pipe to burst in an upstairs bathroom.  SERVPRO came out quickly with equipment to dry the floors, ceilings, and within the walls.  The technicians explained every thing they were doing and called before they arrived so I was expecting them.  I would recommend to anyone experiencing water damage within their home.

Thank you for all that you do for us. Your company did a great job on the Fellowship Hall down stairs.
