When our basement flooded during a bad rainstorm late at night, SERVPRO was here by midmorning, cleaning up the basement and setting up dehumidifiers to help dry the basement out. Their employees were very polite, punctual and thorough. I would absolutely recommend them!
I am very pleased with the service I received. Starting with Mark Morgan, Operations Manager who came promptly to survey the water damage. When we were ready to mitigate the crew came in ripped up the flooring and other wet material. The equipment to dry the areas was set up and checked daily. I am a new homeowner, the damaged floors were brand new, lived on less than 6 months. Mark eased my mind with his kindness and humor. I highly recommend SERVPRO.
Amy and the staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. They worked with my tenants schedules and made the clean up and repair a smooth process. I would highly recommend, I hope I don't need them again but if I do I would definitely be calling them first.
