The guys were very polite, punctual, and task oriented. They went beyond what was expected and removed two damaged bookcases from the basement for me where they were working. Last weekend I had a panicked call from my son who was home alone saying our basement was flooding. Due to their immediate response, the damage to certain items in our basement was dramatically reduced, leaving many items salvageable. I cannot recommend Jim, Justin and the SERVPRO company enough!!
