We’re Lisa Ann and Scott Smith, lifelong residents of Putnam County. After founding a successful construction company back in 1997, we made the leap into restoration in 2013 and brought our expertise home to Mahopac in 2018. What started as a husband-and-wife operation quickly grew into a full-blown family affair—our three sons and two daughters-in-law are all part of the team, helping us run day-to-day operations and provide top-tier care to our customers.
Our crew of 25+ isn’t just skilled—they’re licensed, certified, and handpicked for their professionalism, empathy, and commitment to getting the job done right. From water and fire damage restoration to mold remediation and biohazard cleanup, we bring real experience and heart to every call. We’re IICRC-certified, EPA lead-safe, and trained in everything from commercial drying to structural repair.
