All the workers were very professional efficient quick moving clean knew exactly what they were doing took care of the problem removed the mold had no dust in my place basement whatsoever use the machines to keep it all dust free they did everything they said they were going to do very happy I highly recommend this place. 10/10. Highly recommend! Recently, I had two water leaks a month apart and SERVPRO saved my bamboo floor – and my sanity. Both times, the water saturated the same area and leaked through the basement ceiling. The fact that the floor survived two floods is a testament to SERVPRO's restoration expertise and customer care. I cannot say enough great things about Mike B, Eric, Hugh, Carrie and everyone else that helped me. From the first phone call to the final walk through, they were kind, communicative and professional every step the way. They also made the insurance claim process a breeze.
