The City of Huntington Woods is a city in Southeastern Oakland County. The City is approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown Detroit. The City of Huntington Woods has about 2,364 homes and population of 6,300 people. Housing in this city is made up of entirely single-family homes and one duplex. The city is a tiny 1.47 square mile area, you will find an elementary school, library, recreation center, church, city offices, public safety and public works departments as well as baseball fields, skate park, tennis courts, swimming pool and numerous parks and play areas. The City is also home to a large section of the Detroit Zoo https://detroitzoo.org/ and Rackham Golf Course https://rackham.golf/. The golf course makes up 20% of the total land of this city. Since 1970, the Parks and Recreation Department, along with the help of volunteers, host a week-long celebration for the July 4th Celebration.
The week-long events features a Family Night, pancake breakfast and a hot dog roast. This week long event happens the first week of July with a parade and a concert-in-the-park.

Both times, the water saturated the same area and leaked through the basement ceiling. The fact that the floor survived two floods is a testament to SERVPRO's restoration expertise and customer care. I cannot say enough great things about Mike B, Eric, Hugh, Carrie and everyone else that helped me. From the first phone call to the final walk through, they were kind, communicative and professional every step the way. They also made the insurance claim process a breeze.
