SERVPRO SYC has been very responsive to helping in my recovery from a toilet flooding incident over a weekend period while unattended causing significant damage. Their team has been very professional in accomplishing the Demo and drying work needed in a very timely manner. They worked closely with me to abate and salvage as much as possible and identify all areas that needed attention.

Let me say that your work during this terrible flooding ordeal in February was beyond fabulous! These were scary times with a lot of valuables/heirlooms in the new basement at risk because of the massive local flooding and power failure. The workers were very a well trained and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They obviously liked their jobs which was obvious. We can’t say enough about them and being a retired Vice President of a non profit company for over 30 plus years I hired many people during this time frame. So I know talented staff when I see them and it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that your company has great hiring practices. Also, in addition to the front line flooding workers I would like to mention office manager Ms. Harrison for her expertise in keeping me informed and also answering a plethora of questions. She deserves a medal. Last, but I can assure you not least, was the great "calming us down" help that Pete Kenny gave us and all the countless questions that he answered with integrity, honesty and super expertise and always showing my wife and I an understanding attitude. We had the best experience with SERVPRO Southern York County. I rarely do surveys or write reviews. I chose to write this one because Pete from SERVPRO was just fantastic. From the very first frantic call to the last, Pete was responsive, professional and calming. He kept us posted every step of the way. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the job thorough. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance to need mitigation work, use these guys they are the best.

I came home after being away 2 weeks to a finished family room and basement full of water. SERVPRO quickly sent out a team to clean and dry the area. Pete worked directly with my insurance company to file a claim. His team literally took care of everything - water removal, disposing furniture, cutting wallboard, and removing doors, floors and mopboards. Pete and his team were always professional, efficient, kind and courteous. SERVPRO literally were my knights in shining armor!
