Everything was cleaned, disinfected and you couldn't smell anything unpleasant. I was so impressed. They even offered to dispose of the wet vac I attempted to clean the mess up with, after I told them I was throwing it out. Saved me such a headache. They had me take a look before they left and were so courteous while here. I work remote and even though there were sounds from the equipment, they were as quiet as they could be so I wasn't interrupted unnecessarily. I will always use this office if I have another issue they can assist with.
Prompt - they showed up to give an estimate the day after I called AND scheduled and completed our cleaning within that same week.
Professional - the estimate detailed *every square inch* of the property and how they were going to clean it.
Great results - it's like night and day. The house looks and smells great now.
Needed timely cleaning of mouse residue from basement and this team came through
While in the process of getting ready to put a house up on the market, we realized that we needed a deep cleaning for the downstairs basement and family room. We were under time constraints, but it was a job beyond our capabilities. I called SERVPRO. They were responsive, they got an estimate to us right away and worked with us to meet our deadline. They did an excellent job. Thank you to Pete and crew. We couldn’t have done it without you. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again if I needed them.
