Storm Damage Restoration

I would like to commend your crews on a job well done.  Every member of your team was professional, courteous, well trained, and efficient.  I was a supervisor for over 30 years at General Dynamics in Saco and would have loved to have had them on my crew.  As a retired supervisor, I know what makes a good worker. You’ve got some very good people.

A year ago, my family hired a well-known plumber to install baseboard heat to complete a second-floor remodel. Because he incorrectly connected the hot water pipes, much of of the new construction flooded through the floor and saturated the ceiling of the living room below overnight.

We were days away from hosting our son's birthday, I was nine months' pregnant, and this scene truly resembled something from 'The Money Pit'. SERVPRO was our silver lining. We called in a panic; they responded immediately. We expected them to remediate the damage, and they did. But the two gentlemen went above and beyond in professionalism by explaining to us the entire process step by step.  They joked with us and assured our son he'd get his birthday party. They removed wet debris and dried what remained, and my husband and I were fortunate that our own contractor was able to replace the damaged sheet rock and repair the carpet. In a world of construction mishaps and 'Money Pit'-style setbacks, what a relief to have the fast response and expedient work of SERVPRO.

I wanted to reach out as a follow-up to service. I was sent by way of recommendation from a friend Jim Mccarthy and was in a really tough spot with the house and scared as well. I wanted to follow-up with how impressed I am with Shawn Fulton and how communicative and helpful he was. He was coordinating a mass amount of work during some really tough days, and still made sure to make sure I was aware of what steps were being taken and the next steps, which by far was the most helpful of all the contractors in feeling like the horrible situation was going to be okay. I am thankful and appreciative.

We recently had major water damage from our washing machine which flooded the floor and the basement below. The SERVPRO team did a great job arriving quickly on site. Paul and the team immediately went to work identifying the issues and saving our wood floors. They worked quickly and effectively to minimize the damage and further costs. On top of that they provided amazing customer service dealing with insurance and a shout out to Karen who went above and beyond to help us sort out the payments. I highly recommend them!!
