SERVPRO of Frederick County acted quickly when our local YMCA flooded for the second time in 2 years. We had an emergency plan in place (provided by SERVPRO of Frederick County), which helped our staff to respond quickly. Thank you to SERVPRO for getting us back in business.
We discovered our basement was flooded, and within an hour or so SERVPRO was in our home, assessing the damage, doing everything that could possibly be done to minimize further damage. To say the response time was quick would be a complete understatement. To say service was great would also fail to do them justice. They were utterly amazing. They eased all of our fears, helped us work through what’s going to happen and truly went above and beyond. No corners were cut, and the team was exceptional with communicating everything to us! I will never use another company, and can’t thank SERVPRO enough. Their equipment has been running all night to dry everything out, and within 18 hours from our original call, it’s already a completely different basement! Highly highly recommend!

While Jennifer has experience in environmental recovery, including odor removal, bed bug eradication, and air purification, she is also an accomplished licensed real estate agent. Her husband Art, has more than three decades in the building trades and general contracting field, giving us a seasoned veteran to head up reconstruction and repair projects our customers need. We can provide seamless a "one-stop" service from mitigation to rebuild. "Like it never even happened."
Apart from the fast response that our professionals have to water, fire, mold, storm, flood, and biohazard emergencies, we also have to have more than the customer's property in mind. While we work to provide a fast and efficient response and mitigation for damaging conditions within an area home or business, we also work to help customers through what can be a trying and challenging time. We are always working to exceed your expectations in every aspect of the restoration work that we do.
Even more than our accomplishments with our large loss recovery team in historical properties like downtown Frederick, we know the value of being a good neighbor. As lifelong residents of Frederick County, our owners and staff know that from its sprawling nature treasures like the Appalachian Trail to historic sites like Antietam and Monocacy Battlefields, we have an area full of properties in need of protection. Being a good neighbor is even more than just our slogan of We're Faster To Any Size Disaster.
We also donate our time and resources to area events sponsored through the Rotary Club, YMCA, and other organizations and non-profits. Even apart from our SERVPRO brand, our owners and staff get involved in the events of the communities. We work to help champion programs designed to make other areas of the world a better and safer place, such as our hosting of teens in the Jerusalem Peacebuilders organization.
