I highly recommend SERVPRO of Boston. I hired them to resolve a mold issue in my basement and from the moment that Cameron arrived at my house for the initial consult all the way through Reggie and him team doing the actual work everyone was very responsive and professional. I hope not to need their services again any time soon but should the occasion arise I will certainly plan to hire them again since my experience was nothing but positive!

He was a great communicator and went above and beyond just what was required of him, helping me with the insurance submission as well as getting the project done well and quickly. Sam and Gabino did the actual remediation work; it was done well and professionally. Highly recommend the whole team.

Had a mold issue which is never fun. They were super professional and worked quickly to remediate the situation. Would recommend them if you are ever in need of quality service done fast. They even worked with my HOA insurance provider and made things relatively painless. Costs went up from original estimate but that's understandable because they found issues in the wall that were unexpected and couldn't have been predicted form initial consultation.
