We had a fire in our house when a potpourri holder ignited. They arrived and took an inventory of all of our damage belongings. This was very helpful since the insurance company requested that we make a list of what was damaged. They cleaned everything including the house and got rid of the nasty smell. Hopefully we never need them again but if we do they will hear from us!

Four years ago, Brian Berlin and John Morgan Brewer acquired SERVPRO of Alexandria with the understanding that Central Louisiana needed a reliable restoration contractor. Brian has a background as an insurance adjuster and John comes from a technology skill set. The combination of the two has allowed SERVPRO of Alexandria to grow with the current industry trends. Over the years, Brian and John have gained extensive knowledge on how different aspects of the business should be run effectively and is certified in all areas of mitigation and restoration.
