SERVPRO of Glenview was fast and prepared to help with my flooded basement. It was my 2nd time dealing with this issue, and I can honestly say I wish I dealt with SERVPRO of Glenview my first go around. i highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a flooded basement!

We had a couple pipes burst in our family's lakehouse basement in Delavan, WI (it was like a fire hose spraying into the basement, likely for weeks before we discovered it!). Needless to say, the water and mold damage was immense.
We called Jeff, and his team was up there the next day to assess the damage and gave us a comprehensive clean-up plan. He and his team were very patient with us, as this was a devastating loss for our family, and walked us through each step of process -- always willing to spend time to explain how they would handle things. They provided us regular updates, showing us pictures, since we lived an hour away from the lakehouse, and kept us well-informed through every step of the process.
They worked quickly and effectively and the clean-up that they did was incredible. We were so grateful that they were willing to work an hour+ away from Glenview -- it was well worth it!
We HIGHLY recommend Jeff and his team!
Truly enjoyed working with Mr. Thompson and his crew. They were in and out in a day, helped us pack up our belongs and guided us through the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable. We would use them again.

Jeff is a great guy and his crew was super professional. They were at my house within an hour of my call and diagnosed the problem quickly. Don’t bother calling anyone else, these guys are the best.

Owner Jeff Thompson is a longtime Glenview, Illinois resident, active community member, and as a local small business owner, he’s an avid supporter and sponsor for many local events. Our local SERVPRO® franchise is honored to sponsor Glenview Youth Baseball’s team, the San Francisco Giants, which Jeff also coaches. Jeff lives in Glenview with his wife, Christine, and their two children.
