Steve Irving
Steve Irving is Operations Manager of SERVPRO of Tallahassee, and has over 34 years of experience with SERVPRO, working in three different locations.
Steve is originally from McLean, VA where he first started with SERVPRO as a Production Manager in 1984. He later moved to Florida spending 1989 working in the Panama City office, until moving to Tallahassee in 1990. Steve holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in both Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Water Damage Restoration. Steve has also received certification in Lead Renovation, and Repair.
Robert Philbrick
A Tallahassee Native, Robert Philbrick has been employed by SERVPRO of Tallahassee for over 20 years. He has spent countless hours helping customers restore their property after disasters have occurred, which he derives great pleasure from. In his role as Production Manager, Robert has a focus on customer service and in ensuring excellent service from workers in the field. Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) Certified in water restoration, Robert is also well versed in the cleanup of fire and smoke damage, as well as mold remediation and a variety of other restoration needs.
Reba McKenzie
Reba McKenzie is proud to represent SERVPRO of Tallahassee as the Office Manager and Customer Relations Specialist. Reba, a Tallahassee native, has helped customers in the Tallahassee area for the past 17 years. She earned her Bachelors in Science for the College of Social Science at Florida State university in Applied Economics with minors in both International Affairs and Business in 2013. It is an honor to have FSU Alumni among our staff. Reba truly cares about her customers and their individual circumstances. She understands the compassion needed as our customers deal with catastrophes in their lives.

My home flooded all night from a toilet mishap. We called SERVPRO immediately. They were there within an hour or so and worked for a week drying up the house, removing carpet, etc. They also carefully packed up 41 boxes of my valuables so they wouldn't be damaged when the 39 blowers were turned on. Not one thing (all fragile and breakable) was damaged when the boxes were unpacked - can't say that about the packing the movers did when insurance decided to remove almost all the contents. Jay, the onsite supervisor, was fantastic - very personable, competent, and showed a great deal of concern for me and my property. Reba, the office receptionist, was also very friendly, polite, kept me well informed, and handled any concerns I had promptly. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and service.
SERVPRO of Tallahassee did a great job from start to finish. A huge oak tree fell on my mother-in-law's house the night Hurricane Irma came through Tallahassee. Thankfully she spent the night with us that night. There were two huge holes in the roof and ceiling, rain water everywhere and insulation had fallen down on her furniture. What a mess! I called SERVPRO of Tallahassee immediately and they came the same day to start with their serious mitigation efforts. They had the carpet ripped out and the fans blowing to dry the walls. But in addition to the mitigation success, SERVPRO of Tallahassee packed up all her belongings, put them in storage for over two months, had her area rug cleaned and then moved her back into the house. I had no idea that SERVPRO of Tallahassee provided all these comprehensive services! As a final compliment, SERVPRO of Tallahassee worked exceptionally well with my mother-in-law's insurance company. Their detailed report and invoice were excellent and made the entire process very smooth and professional.

I am writing this letter to commend all of you for the great work you did for my mother-in-law, Virginia Dix... after a huge oak tree fell on her house the night Hurricane Irma came through town. Virginia is 95- years old and needed my help.. However, I could never have looked after her house and well-being without the help and assistance from all of you! I had no idea SERVPRO of Tallahassee provided such comprehensive services. But most of all --- you provided me with peace of mind and complete confidence in your services! It all started with Robert Philbrick. Working with Robert, during the clean-up process were: Matt, Mr. Leslie, and Brandon. They were all fantastic! And I want to commend Robert on his patience too, as he helped me triage which furniture was going to storage, which to First Impressions for restoration and which to Jones Upholstery. I want to commend Reba. She was always very helpful and took time to answer all my questions along the way. And I had a lot of questions, because I have never been through something like this hurricane before. Always helpful! I also want to commend Steve. He did a great job itemizing the invoices for the insurance company, USAA. Steve interacted directly with USAA.. Good Work! Finally, the process for moving Virginia back into her house went so well, thanks to your crew: Jay Jackson and Randolph. They both were great and got the move-in job done in less than 2 days. Jay and Robert came back to finish the final details she requested.. It was really impressive, the attention to detail. And, the way all the boxes were cataloged per room, to make the moving process smooth and organized. So, I will be recommending SERVPRO of Tallahassee every chance I Get! I sincerely thank you and appreciate you all for the comprehensive and professional job.
I could not be happier with the work performed. I called them at 6am, they were there by 7:30 and completed taking out the 3 inches of water from my home by 5. They came each day for the next 6 to check on the fans, drying the walls, overall care. They helped us feel better as the process continued. I loved them. They really made us feel important and like part of the family.
It was my pleasure working with the folks of Serve-Pro Tallahassee. They were professional and thoroughly cleaned up our fire and smoke damage that occurred in our garage and house. If a need occurs again, I would not hesitate having these people provide their assistance. Well done!

Tommy and Mark are great operators and run an excellent SERVPRO shop. I have worked with them on several large water damage restoration projects. SERVPRO showed up--assessed the situation--and put into place a plan of action. They did everything that they promised to do...and then some. I highly recommend them as a solution to whatever problem you have.
