Chris was so, so thorough and knew exactly what needed to be done to remediate everything for us. 48 hours later and it’s "Like it never even happened." Chris gets 5 stars from us!
Nick came out to assess damage from a faulty faucet in our kitchen that resulted in sudden water damage and mold. Before leaving he installed blowers and dehumidifiers so start drying the space out.
Crew Chief Chris Campbell and crew arrived a couple days later to start the remediation process. He and his team were on time and professional with each visit, keeping us informed with each step of the process. He was also very responsive to calls and text when we had questions.
While we still have a long road ahead of us with repairs/replacements I can’t think of a better team to have had our damage addressed by.
A toilet in my home overflowed all night when I woke up I woke up to ankle deep water in my bedroom. The furniture in my sunken in den was floating. They came in dried everything out and repaired my home this company just amazed me.
Chris and Cody were awesome. Polite, worked quickly and efficiently. They left everything after my water loss neat and cleaned. They cleaned my carpets after my water damage and they look better than they did before.
