SERVPRO of Burbank’s effective and efficient on-site management/decision-making resulted in (a) minimal drywall damage (b) a wood floor REPAIR scope instead of wood floor REPLACEMENT. Additionally, the techs were courteous and punctual and SERVPRO of Burbank exhibited overall easy-to-access communication by phone or e-mail.
SERVPRO was contracted by our insurance company to clean our furniture and belongings after a bedroom ceiling collapsed in our apartment. Plaster chunks and dust were everywhere! Also, when the ceiling was replaced, additional plaster dust spread throughout the apartment, as the workmen did not properly seal off their workspace. SERVPRO did an excellent job cleaning up behind both collapse and the workmen! The team (Danny, Chase, Queta, Patty, Yolanda and Karla) showed up on time; they were courteous, professional, and very organized. There was a question about what rooms were covered in the contract to be cleaned; it was resolved quickly and politely. We gave them a map for where our belongings should be placed (the workmen had stacked everything haphazardly throughout the apartment); the SERVPRO folks confirmed correct placement as they went. We are very happy with the results; if we could hire that team directly for regular cleaning, we would!
They were angels who rescued our kitchen, family room, dining room, living room and three bedrooms; like magicians with a smile in their hearts.
Unfortunately, in the hotel business sometimes we are in need of post mortem clean up assistance and we ALWAYS call SERVPRO of Burbank. They are very professional and discreet and the job is done with the upmost care. They make a very uncomfortable situation easier.
