Magnolia Park is a small neighborhood located in Burbank, CA. This area was established in the 1920's and quickly expanded
within the next six years. However, most of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1940s for World War II
veterans. The people of Magnolia Park take great pride in their city and have fought hard to keep it small and contained by
not letting major chains and big box stores in the area.
Although major chains are not allowed in the area, or rather frowned upon, their major point of interest is Porto's Bakery.
This bakery does have a few other locations, but not many. Magnolia Park's location is located on Magnolia Boulevard, the
heart of the city. Porto's is famous for the pastries that it produces and there can be a line out the door on any given
day. Surrounding Porto's on Magnolia Blvd are plenty of vintage shops that are unique to the city.
The climate of Magnolia Park is the same as it's surrounding city of Burbank. It includes hot, dry summers and mild
winters. Wildfires are also common in the summer and fall in the surrounding areas which can cause smoke damage in buildings
and homes. Our technicians are trained in both fire damage restoration and water damage restoration. Smoke damage is included in
fire damage restoration and is probably the most common in Southern California. However, as far as water damage restoration
goes, there are many different causes for the need of it in the area. Whatever the case, our SERVPRO crew is prepared to

Our master bathroom flooded and water poured down through the floor into the kitchen below. Gage from SERVPRO came out the same day and inspected the damage. He was able to start work on the demolition and drying out that same day. Gage was on time and answered all our questions and was very polite and professional.

A huge thank you to the SERVPRO of Burbank Team who serviced our house. Our house had a smoke damage, fortunately we called Scott Kellar and in a couple hours he arrived at our home with his professional team. They were very professional, polite and very helpful explaining the process of cleaning. The team at SERVPRO of Burbank met and went above my expectation of a restoration service. Scott Kellar and his team Patty, Cesar, Jesus, Esdras, and Louie were great, very helpful throughout the process and they did the impossible to accommodate us during this difficult time. We can’t thank them enough! Simply the best and highly recommend them.

SERVPRO of Burbank was fantastic from the very start! I was very upset when my kitchen experienced a grease fire and Grant was very kind explaining the step-by-step process that would happen, Amanda was very kind scheduling around my work schedule and John and Dennis were always very professional and focused. I've had damages to my home before and the workers spent a lot of time sitting around or didn't clean up after themselves but these guys were top notch! I would definetly recommend SERVPRO of Burbank
These guys (Scott, John and Elias) knew what they were doing and worked for seven days straight to get the job done. They worked "safe"--masked and distanced-- and cleaned up each day. They were professional, helpful, and pleasant to have here.
As my insurance company hired SERVPRO, and Scott worked on the detailed contract directly with them, I didn't have to worry about the details.
