Huge shout out and thank you to these guys for getting our ceiling tiles replaced at Fusion Boxing. They came in during kids class and finished it quick (the kids didn't realize they were there). They are the best! Hit them up for your fire and water cleanup and restorations needs!
Response time in a crisis is crucial and SERVPRO had a team dispatched to our site within 30 minutes.
They were professional and organized and did everything they could to mitigate any further damage including protection of areas surrounding our loss - surrounding hallways and the stairwell. They also made sure to protect and box up other belongings in the area to keep them out of the way of the mess and accounted for.
They took time to explain the process and make sure we were comfortable each step of the way.
They have followed up multiple times to make sure the job is complete and we’re happy with their services.
They were there when we really needed them!!
