This past August we had a lot of rain that came down very quickly within an hour and flooded our entire basement. SERVPRO of North Kenosha County responded very quickly and before I knew it they had all the carpet and drywall gone and fans everywhere drying up the basement. Alex and his crew were very informative throughout the process and very empathetic to what had just happened. I would not hesitate to call them again.
We had a lower level door break open during a storm last Saturday causing waves, mud, mulch, pine needles and stones to flood out the whole downstairs. SERVPRO came that afternoon and have been here everyday since. Removing carpeting, trim, drywall and anything destroyed in the flood. They are polite, helpful, friendly and extremely hard working and cleaning up after themselves every step of the way!
Our basement flooded this last fall and we turned to SERVPRO for help. They were amazing! Stellar fast service; without missing any details. Sensitive to our situation and very helpful! From the first call to paying the final bill, we couldn't have been treated any better. I hope to never use their service again; but if in need again, we will absolutely turn to SERVPRO of North Kenosha County again!
