Office Manager
Sarah Laufenberg is the office manager at SERVPRO of Dane County West. Sarah’s experience in insurance and customer service allows her to handle our customer's concerns and questions with great care and efficiency. Sarah is IICRC certified in water restoration enabling her to ask the right questions to ensure our customers get the proper response from our production crews. Along with dealing with our customers, Sarah works with management and production to ensure that your loss is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Steven Tracy
Reconstruction Department - Project Manager
Steven Tracy is our Project Manager responsible for rebuilds and repairs. Steven has 20 years of construction experience, enabling him to ensure the repairs to your property are done properly and as timely as possible. Steven works with our customers, adjusters, and agents to ensure everyone has the information they need to feel assured the project is running smoothly.
In addition to his decades of experience, Steven is IICRC (ASD) Applied Structural Drying certified.

Brad holds numerous IICRC certifications, equipping him with the expertise to guide the team in providing top-quality restoration services.
He is joined by partners Brad Crowley and Tyler Yaudas, who bring a wealth of experience in business management and customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
