In the late 1890’s, the Village of Maple Bluff was established by Thomas E. Coleman. Prior to that the village was occupied by the Winnebago tribe because of its ample fishing and hunting along Lake Mendota. Today Maple Bluff is the home of the Wisconsin Governor's Mansion. An estimated 20,000 visitors a year visit the Governor's Mansion for receptions, dinners, meetings, and public tours.
Sitting on 3.7 acres of land along beautiful Lake Mendota, the Mansion’s living space consists of 34 rooms, 13 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. Along the street side of the property you will find the wrought-iron fence which once surrounded the old State Capitol Building.

Even furniture we thought was a loss, survived because they had fans on everything so fast. SERVPRO of Madison did a great job of cleaning our home lower level after a frozen drain pipe caused waste water to back up. They were on site the next day to remove carpeting, cut damaged dry wall, sanitize and dry out our finished lower level. The team of Travis Cota, Manuel, Jackson and Marcio did a great job, were very efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to call them, although I hope to never need their services again.
Wow! Woke up to a collapsed ceiling due to a pipe leak. SERVPRO was at our house by 11 am ready to take action. In a few hours we had a plan and understood clearly the next steps! Daily follow up was so appreciated! Never want to have water damage but if you do, this team was awesome to work with! Tammy, Dave, Mike and Jackie all played different roles but together did a great job.

Thank you SERVPRO !!!! What a nightmare to have a toilet leak on the second floor of our home creating the ceiling in our master bedroom to collapse. SERVPRO was there immediately sucking up the water, setting fans and dehumidifiers up, ripping up the bathroom flooring and taking the vanity and toilet out of the bathroom. The employees were there everyday checking on the progress. They were so helpful in explaining everything and I decided to have SERVPRO handle all the reconstruction. They contracted painters, plumbers, carpenters, etc.and took care of EVERYTHING. Brian, our project manager kept us informed throughout the process. My husband and I will recommend SERVPRO to anyone that has disasters in their homes/businesses.
I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO of Madison! In June 2024, our transitional shelter was hit with severe flooding due to heavy rains, and we had water literally coming up through the concrete. In the middle of the night, I called Ray at SERVPRO of Madison, and to my amazement, he had a crew and equipment at our facility first thing the next morning.
Ray and his team were incredible from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. They took the time to explain the process and kept checking in regularly to ensure everything was being handled properly.
