Jakob has dedicated his life to helping others get there lives back after disaster strikes. He began working for us in February 2016 and our customers are very lucky to have him on our team.
-Jacob- Restoration has been my life since I was 19. I've built myself up from a helper to the dedicated and passionate restoration manager I am now.

Cody was the one in charge of my water damages done by the upstairs unit negligence. This was such a difficult time having my Tenant leave due to upstairs unit water negligence. I highly recommend SERVPRO and if you have the luxury and opportunity to work with Cody he is the BEST. Though this was a horrible terrible experience with never ending water issues and damages. Thanks to Cody fixing all the issue and even going back to double check on old and on the new issues of concerns and always made sure to respond quickly back to me and with the utmost professionalism and kind work ethic. Emilio and his team removed the attic insulation and several sections of drywall in multiple rooms due to water damage. After "demolition" they left our house cleaner than they found it. The crew worked in a 100 degree attic with very little space and they didn't complain. Very impressed with all the people that SERVPRO sent to work on our house. They put down tarps and covered the carpet on the stairs as well as vacuuming everything when they were done. Israel was also very helpful when he checked on the equipment and even covered up some ceilings so we could use our rooms. The staff at the office was great helping coordinate the demolition. A special shout out to Jenn!
In addition to the future repair of my unit, Luke and several other excellent workers managed to get me entirely into another unit down the hall in less than 30 minutes! While the damage to my unit was not extensive, the fact that my move to another unit was so smooth and painless that it lessened my anxiety towards getting resettled during a tumultuous time. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to those who are in need of assistance during the hassle prone time of building repair and relocation. Although the fans and dehumidifier were annoying to deal with, the managers were quite accommodating and easy to communicate with.
