Meet Our Team

Tricia has been a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Everett / Lake Stevens / Monroe since 2020. She has been associated with the owner/operators Paul & Amy Leavens since 2014. Tricia began her journey with our family as Office Manager, the go-to person for all things administrative and productive. She has earned three accreditations from the IICRC for WRT(water), ASD (structural drying), and Fire & Smoke damage restoration. Her knowledge of mold remediation and content cleaning is exceptional--key factors in our production successes. When not on the job or at home in Marysville, Tricia loves anything and everything to do with outdoor water sports. Tricia states that "Family time is the best time."

David is one of our Project Manager/Estimators and is part of our Reconstruction Team providing build back services. David has been with us from the beginning of the business, for over 4 years now. David is certified in WRT, ASD and Fire & Smoke (SRT) Restoration. A pet owner of 3 dogs, he also enjoys hunting and fishing.

Jeff is our Reconstruction Estimator at SERVPRO of Everett / Lake Stevens/ Monroe. He is highly qualified for his current position. Jeff has been with our team since 2016 and has over twenty years of experience in home construction. His depth of insurance claims buildouts is an asset, along with his accreditation as a Lead Renovator and AHERA building inspector. Jeff, an LSD Church member, volunteers at local elementary schools, Special Olympics, and the Food Bank. He enjoys skiing, camping, movies, and spending time with his five kids.

Meet Tessa, our Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Everett / Lake Stevens / Monroe. Her broad experiences encompass being a licensed insurance representative since 2012 and a vital team member since 2016. She is accredited as a WRT water damage restoration technician and utilizes this knowledge, along with her insurance background, to assist our clients before and after any type of commercial or residential loss. She expands our brand by being associated with the EASC and is a board member of Engage Everett--the local networking forum that meets monthly. Tess is a trustee for Everett Elks #479 and engages in raising money for core charities. The Children's Hospital, Veterans, and a Therapy Program benefit from this volunteering. Hailing from Marysville, she now resides with her husband, Bob, in Everett, where they enjoy traveling, boating and spending time with their four grandbabies. Donna has been our Office Manager for over three years. She is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Donna is responsible for overseeing many of the office functions, from uploading residential jobs, corresponding with insurance companies to handling large commercial losses and the administrative needs these projects have. She spends her free time with her children and grandchildren, scrapbooking and playing in the sun.

Ashley is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Everett / Lake Stevens / Monroe and has developed quite a level of expertise. She is IICRC-certified for Water/Fire/Trauma, which provides a broad understanding of the administrative, estimating, and insurance aspects vital to our success. Ashley is a member of the BLOS, Business Ladies of Society, and the Snohomish and Marysville Chambers of Commerce. Her community involvement includes volunteering for the Rain In Athletes and the Clothers 4 Kids charities. Ashley lives in Marysville and loves watching her children's athletics, camping, concerts, Netflixing, and reading.

Chelsea has been with SERVPRO of Everett / Lake Stevens / Monroe since 2023. Her vast experience as the owner/manager of numerous remodeling companies and dozens of insurance rebuild projects makes her a great asset to our team. Her membership in SICBA (Skakit / Island Counties Builders Assoc.) and the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Assoc.) evidence her deep understanding of build-back services. Chelsea lives in Arlington and likes to take her chocolate labs traveling in a 4-wheeler. Camping and hiking are part of the fun.

Parker has been one of our Reconstruction Managers at SERVPRO of Everett / Lake Stevens / Monroe since 2021. Parker puts in best in his own words, what SERVPRO means to him. “I hate to see a home ruined by water, fire, mold, and any other damage. But I love to see when our company has been able to put a home back together and put a smile back on a homeowner’s face. He thoroughly enjoys helping others and is very appreciative of the team.

JD has been at SERVPRO since 2022, with 14 years in home improvement customer
service/sales/management prior to joining our team. He started as a production manager and has
since transitioned into management of office and operations. JD loves to be part of this team and
cares for every person he works with! He was born and raised in Everett, WA and is a father to
one amazing daughter.
