I had hired SERVPRO of Winooski in the past for carpet cleaning and was always impressed with the results. Recently, I called on them again but this time for storm damage cleanup. A trip to the basement to throw in a load of laundry I was shocked to find the entire basement covered in three inches of water from the rain storm. Furniture, carpets and sheetrock walls were all saturated. Bill and Jeff were my first call. They were here within a half hour and quickly had the water removed and drying equipment set up. The job was not covered by insurance and they were extremely generous with the cost to complete the job. Absolutely the best service I have received. Hope to not need them again for water damage but as always, they have my business when and if the time comes.
