Angela Griffis
Angela is our Office Manager and Human Resource Administrator here at SERVPRO of Bennington & Rutland Counties. She has been with our franchise for 7 years.
Angela has over 20+ years’ experience in customer service and has a Degree Certification in Computer System Management as well as being water certified through the IICRC.
Outside of work Angela enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community.
Emily Bradley
Emily is the Senior Auditor here at SERVPRO of Bennington & Rutland Counties. Emily has been with our franchise for over two years. Her job responsibilities include keeping all files and documentation for all claims organized for the customers and the insurance companies. Emily always has a smile on her face no matter what task she is doing.
She has several years’ experience in customer service and office work.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her children and her family.
Grace Rodriguez
Grace is our Dispatch & Receptionist here at SERVPRO®; Bennington & Rutland Counties. She has been with our franchise for over a year.
Grace has experience in customer service and office relations. Grace has a positive and friendly approach to our customers' needs and continues to apply her positive personality with everyone she comes in contact with. We are happy to have her as part of our SERVPRO®; team and look forward to seeing her continue to bloom.
Outside of work Grace enjoys spending her free time traveling and she enjoys reading.
Carl Heuser
Carl is one of the Restoration Managers here at SERVPRO of Bennington & Rutland Counties. Carl has been a dedicated member of our team for 13 years. With those 13 years of experience Carl is responsible for managing the mitigation and restoration department. He manages all projects from start to finish. He and his team are always focused on quality work and our client’s satisfaction.
Carl is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation, Fire Remediation, as well as Trauma and Biohazard Remediation. Carl is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor.
In his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his children and cheering on the Washington Commanders.
Jake Griffis
Jake is our Construction Manager here at SERVPRO of Bennington & Rutland Counties who has been with us for over two years. He is responsible for our entire reconstruction division and handling all our customers reconstruction needs.
Jake has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry as well as several years’ experience in management.
In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working on his truck.
Daniel Daigneault
Dan is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of Bennington & Rutland Counties who has been with us for 3 years.
Dan has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Dan is certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Fire Remediation. He is also certified through the New York Department of Health Mold Programs as a Mold Abatement Supervisor as well as being OSHA 10 Certified and RAMSET Certified.
In his free time, Dan enjoys drawing, working out, and spending quality time with his family.

Atrael Pineiro

Robert is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO of Bennington and Rutland Counties who has been with us for over a year.

We hired SERVPRO of Bennington & Rutland Counties HazMat team to remove 200 years of animal scat from an 1835 church with broken tower and window where creatures could get in. The area was covered with evidence of animals, even between the walls. I cannot imagine a worse scenario. I saw it before their work. Yes !!! They exceeded any expectations I could have had. I was stunned; the wooden beam and stair structures looked new, pure and clean. They even lowered a man and bucket between the walls and put a screen around the inside of the tower so animals could not enter until the time we could afford to repair and restore the tower. Our History
Since 1997, the Owners of SERVPRO of Bennington and Rutland Counties has been helping the people of Bennington and Rutland Vermont Counties and neighboring communities. More than thousands of customers have called upon us to restore their property.
John and Angie Flood opened their first business in 1997 named “Deep Clean Restoration.” located in the small town of North Bennington, Vermont. It started as a carpet cleaning business but, grew over the years adding many services including water mitigation and fire restoration. In 2014, The Floods decided to become part of the SERVPRO family and are now owners of the SERVPRO of Bennington and Rutland Counties. Angie ended her career in nursing to run the office, and John continued to work with our crew out in the field.
