Meet Our Team

Joey is our awesome Water Crew Leader! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for five years now and continues to be instrumental in our success. His favorite part of his job is meeting new people every day. He graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree and enjoys working out, hunting, fishing, and farming in his free time.

Hilary is our wonderful Customer Serve Manager/Job File Coordinator! Having been a part of our SERVPRO family for the last six years, she enjoys most how every job here is different and affords the chance to learn something new. When she’s not working, you can find her either studying for school, spending time with her dog, or playing video games.

Michael is one of our talented Water Service Technicians here at SERVPRO! He has been a part of our family for almost two years now! A self-proclaimed “Demo King,” Michael’s experience in the field and his passion for his job, continue to elevate the work we do. At the end of the day, though, what he enjoys most is giving great service to people going through difficult times. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Glenn is our amazing Warehouse, Service, and Fleet Manager! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for eight years now! Over those years, He has lent us his considerable autobody experience and expertise. His favorite part of his job are his coworkers and being able to help people. During his free time, Glenn enjoys attending car shows with old cars, and camping.

Neva is one of our wonderful Fire Production Assistants and has been with us for seven months! Before SERVPRO, she worked in a janitorial position and then in home healthcare. While there’s never a dull moment working at SERVPRO, Neva loves how our awesome team always works together! When she is helping our Fire Division be the best it can be, Neva enjoys making jewelry, camping, and spending time with her lovely grandchildren.

Guillermina is one of our amazing Fire Lead Technicians and has been a part of our SERVPRO family for ten years! She takes pride in making our customers happy and always pushing herself to perfect her process. Prior to SERVPRO, Guillermina graduated from high school and worked in the restaurant industry for five years. When she is not working hard, she enjoys spending her time with her beautiful family.

Marta is one of our wonderful Fire Production Assistants! She has been on our SERVPRO team for seven years and she loves to make our customers happy with her job. After graduating from high school, Marta worked at McDonald’s for 5 years. When she is not working hard for our customers, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Clinton is one of our amazing Water Project Managers! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for three and a half years now. A high school graduate with two years of college, Clinton is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. He also has work experience in Fire, Mold, and Biohazard damage processes. Clinton enjoys working at SERVPRO because it allows him to provide a valuable service to people in need. When he is not hard at work, Clinton is always up for anything as long as it is with friends or family.

Mike is our awesome Lead Mold and certified Bio Recovery Technician here at SERVPRO! He has been a part of Team Warnecki for almost 8 years and has been with SERVPRO for 12 years. His favorite part about the job is working in his division with the team. Since graduating from Hermitage High School in Richmond, VA, he has become certified in WRT, OCT, AMRT, CCT, Lead, Osha IO, and the ABRA Bio certification. When he’s not working, you can catch him hunting and fishing.

Carlos is one of our excellent Water Project Managers here at SERVPRO! He and has been a part of our family for almost three years now! He has fifteen years of experience in the field and is certified in water damage restoration from IICRC, is a certified mold remediation contractor and mold inspector. His favorite part of his job is being able to help and interact with customers and coworkers alike. When he isn’t hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his wonderful family.

Miguel is our amazing Lead Technician who has been a part of the SERVPRO family for two years! One thing he enjoys the most about SERVPRO is helping families. Since graduating high school and getting her IICRC Water Certification, Miguel has been a great part of the team and we are lucky to have him. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Justin is one of our best Fire Lead Technicians here at SERVPRO and has been a part of the team for twelve years! IICRC certified in water, fire, and odor control, Justin’s expertise and experience are invaluable to our team. What he likes most about the job are the wonderful people he gets to work with every day. He also graduated college with an associate degree in network security and enjoys watching football and gaming in his free time.

Kevin is our amazing Project Manager in the Mold and Bio Recovery Division! He has been a part of our SERVPRO family for almost 7 years now, and what he enjoys most about the job is being able to help homeowners during hard times. IICRC certified in water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, odor control, and carpet cleaning, Kevin is also a certified technician through the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA). When he isn’t working, he loves going to sporting events and coaching his kids’ youth sport teams!

Amber is one of our awesome Fire Production Assistants who started working here at SERVPRO last January! She enjoys being on our team because we are always working on a variety of different jobs, which keeps everyday exciting. She has past experience in the customer service field, and in her free time she loves to paint and read.

Arminda is one of our amazing Fire Lead Technicians! She has been a part of our SERVPRO family for fourteen years and her contributions to our continued success have been innumerable. Over the years, Arminda appreciates and loves the people she works with every day. She also takes great pride in her job and making our customers happy. When she is not hard at hard, Arminda enjoys spending time with her lovely family.

Maria is one of our Fire Production Assistants here at SERVPRO! She has been with the SERVPRO family for almost nine years and her favorite part of the job is everything! She specifically enjoys cleaning and the pack outs and with experience in cleaning, she is an amazing part of our Fire Division. On her free time, she likes to dance, pray, cook, and make people smile.

Shane is a Production Technician in the Mold Division at SERVPRO. He is one of our newest additions to the team and enjoys spending time with his family, harvesting his own food, and running.

Alex is one of our Production Managers in the Water Division, he brings over five years of mitigation experience and holds certifications in both water and fire restoration. He takes pride in using his knowledge to help ease the stress that comes with property damage, ensuring each project is handled with care and efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, researching new topics online, and playing video games.

Alexis, SERVPRO Team Warnecki’s Construction Division Manager, has been with the company for over three years. She graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has earned her Level 2 Xactimate Certification during her time at SERVPRO. Alexis values the family-oriented culture of Team Warnecki, where everyone is willing to support one another. As a division manager, she is grateful for the opportunity to lead such a strong team and department. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Anthony is a dedicated Fire Production Technician at SERVPRO Team Warnecki, specializing in fire damage restoration. He takes pride in helping clients navigate challenging situations by carefully cleaning, clearing, and safely packing their belongings for transport and restoration. Committed to his role as a SERVPRO rescuer, he strives to make a meaningful impact every day.

Andres is one of our Water Production Technicians. From day one, he's brought a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a willingness to jump in and learn. As part of our water mitigation crew, he’s quickly becoming a dependable part of Team Warnecki, helping customers get back on their feet after water damage.

Carlos is one of our fantastic Crew Chiefs! With over 8 years of mitigation experience, more than 2 of which working with SERVPRO, Carlos leads other technicians in the field, providing the less familiar with his wealth of knowledge. When not running a job, Carlos enjoys running the track and spending time with his son. We are lucky to have him on our team!

Cristian is one of our Water Production Technicians, Known for his attention to detail and calm under pressure, he’s someone we can count on to get the job done right — especially during those fast-paced emergency calls. He's passionate about helping people recover from water damage and takes pride in representing SERVPRO in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and catching up on his favorite shows when he gets the chance.

Yvette is the Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO’s Water Division. With several years of experience as an administrative assistant, she has developed the skills to navigate and grow in her current role. She takes pride in helping wherever she can and appreciates being part of a positive work environment that allows her to make a meaningful impact each day. In her free time, Yvette enjoys painting, volunteering, and reading.

Susan is our Operations Manager, she has been with the SERVPRO brand for 18 years and brings extensive experience to her role. She holds IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. Dedicated to her work, she takes pride in helping customers restore their homes and businesses. Outside of SERVPRO, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and their two children, Katlynn and Konner. In her free time, she can often be found in the garage working on classic cars or in the woods enjoying her passion for hunting.

Steven Adams is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO, bringing 11 years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds an IICRC certification in water mitigation and works closely with clients to help them prepare for and minimize potential emergencies. When he’s not responding to urgent situations, Steven takes pride in providing guidance and support to those in need, making his work both meaningful and rewarding. A proud United States Navy veteran, he is even prouder of his role as a father of two.

Shane is a Production Technician in the Fire Division at SERVPRO. He enjoys the dynamic nature of his role, as no two days are the same. Shane finds fulfillment in helping others, whether assisting customers in their time of need or supporting his coworkers. His goal is to continue learning and gaining valuable experience while growing with SERVPRO. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and exploring new cuisines, as well as anything related to cars.

Quinton is one of our Water Production Techniciana known for his attention to detail and commitment. With a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in the field, he plays a key role in motivating the team. When he’s not on the job, Carlos enjoys spending time at the bowling alley, where he channels the same focus and precision into perfecting his game.

Patricia is a skilled Water Production Technician who brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every project. She's all about teamwork and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Patricia loves spending quality time with her family—whether it's a traveling or a weekend adventure. She's always up for a good laugh and brings great energy wherever she goes.
