Justin Shomaker
Justin Shomaker is our Operations Manager. He studied Marketing and Business at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He began his career with SERVPRO in 2004 as a marketer for SERVPRO of Kempsville/Military Circle. In 2006, he accepted a marketing position with SERVPRO of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin. As our franchise grew, so did his involvement with the day to day operations. Today Justin oversees all aspects of our restoration business. He truly enjoys helping our team and receives great satisfaction in helping our customers recover from losses in their homes and businesses.
Teresa Harris
Teresa is our Office Manager/Business Development/Social Media Specialist for SERVPRO of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin. She joined the team in October 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience specializing in sales, marketing, and product/service branding.
Shane Jones
Shane is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Suffolk/Smithfield/Franklin. He has been part of the team for over 10 years and holds multiple certifications including Lead Renovation, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Water Damage Restoration, and Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP) for Crew Training, Water Certification, and Fire Certification.

Wanted to say thank you for the bucket full of giveaways that SERVPRO of Suffolk dropped off to our fire station. The snacks and First Responder gifts including coloring books and crayons for kids were perfect. It was greatly appreciated by the entire team.
We contracted SERVPRO to clean up our store for the new one to take over. It was very involved, required weekend work, detailed cleaning, and in a timely manner. SERVPRO exceeded all expectations and were great to work with. We will definitely reach out to them again for future projects.
Had a busted pipe that flooded the house while we were in town, called SERVPRO and they were there in 1 hour with all the proper equipment to start the drying process and mitigate the damage. Justin Shomaker was my Field representative and did an awesome job working with insurance adjuster and overseeing contractor support that completed all the work on the house from top to bottom. All I had to do was pick colors and sign the insurance checks... it was one of the smoothest operations I've seen in a long time with respect to a disastrous situation. I would recommend having SERVPRO's number in your phone just in case.. Very impressed with their professionalism!! outstanding job!!! Thanks, Mike
